Final Product Real Jumpy

I've put together a few pieces lately... a lot has been family stuff but I just finished an "Interview/Slideshow" for a wedding couple. The finished DVD has some jumpy parts to it.... Like twitching. It happens pretty much anytime.... during tranistions, slow mo, and even just happens on un-effected footage. What's going on? Is this my DVD player or is something happening durring authoring... maybe during the render process?????

I'm using Primiere 6 for editing with Pinnacle Pro 1 with Card and Roxio 7 for burning.

Any ideas?

Do you see this on the computer too, or only on a TV? If only on the TV, check your field order, and change it to bottom field first.
