  2. Just contact Nero for support. They authored the program so they should find the solution to your problem.Use Nero Info Tool to generate a log of your PC's setup and send it to them for analysis.
Or use different software,Nero Vision Express is buggy and constantly crashes.

I wish you all the best; but I would not count on that.

What major change has happened to your system in the last week or so? Any new software installed? Has any Windows Automatic Updates been loaded? Maybe some virus?

You could try a system restore to one or two weeks ago and check. Check for spyware, etc.

  4. thanks.
i did a system restore but to no avail. i may need to go back a few weeks as suggested.

what is the next best software I could use. I really liked Nero because it converted NTSC to Pal and it had a good menu creating system. Is there something out there that can offer me the same benefits?

Try TMPGEnc DVD Author for making DVD's and VCDEasy for making VCD's they are both top notch software and crush Nero Vision Express

  8. Try reinstalling Nero, First uninstall all Nero clean registry .. becarefull search for every entry on ahead or nero and delete it. Then reinstall Nero. The registry Part is long and could be risky if you have never done these things.

  9. There is a Nero cleanup tool that you can download from the ahead site. It takes out all the registry settings and is perfect for doing a clean install
