I was just wondering, did you run any other software when you ripped an ISO file with dvddecrypter ? Like AnyDVD perhaps.

  8. I asked because AnyDVD can be set to jump straight to the main movie, resulting in what you are describing.
Your problem is rather baffling because using dvddecrypter SHOULD give you an exact copy of the original
Maybe something installed on your PC has been set to jump straight to the main movie thus bypassing the menu.

Basically check the settings of the software you use to play the ISO and make sure anything relating to "Jump to main movie" is disabled.Or any DVD related software.
You could also try using different software to rip your DVD eg Smartripper ,theres loads to choose from, but dvddecrypter works for most people.
