Ok I have several DVD concerts and would like to extract the audio from them and edit ( i have wavelab for that) then make a audio CD. What utility would I use to get the audio from DVD?

Rip the DVD using DVD Decryptor. Get DVD2AVI and feed the .VOB files in. Go to the audio menu and tell it to "Decode all tracks" and set 48KHz --> 44.1KHz to "UltraHigh". Save the project, and your .WAV will come out.
