I'm serious here, where is the tech at? Seems 100% possible at this point to implant a wireless headset into someones head. So where is it?

Anyone ever seen anything about it?

    Hi,

What about power? Would you want to be plugged in at night to recharge??? I think tech can go too far.

If thats to far perhaps your an alarmist. I'm not afraid of a "dummy" implant. I'm sure they could figure something for the power.

I did find a site talking about putting a cellphone in tooth, seems it works but there is no way to answer/dial out.

That with an ID code that I could set my iPod/Cellphone/whatever to to recieve would be perfect.

    Hi,

I don't know. Some times even I completely unplug.

Besides who would you go to for a service repair??? A doctor or a mechanic???

Ok, the day you get a cellphone filling is the day I hack your doctors office and post the phone number on videohelp. You'll be getting calls at all hours of the night from your buds around the world.

    Still think it's a great idea? :P

Yup, cause the day the entire cell is in the tooth is the day you have a way to turn it off.

I'm not talking about an entire "thing" in my head, just a wireless headset with very short range like 3 feet MAX using a custom ID to broadcast to.

  8. I'd rather keep myself intact. My Bluetooth headset hugs my ear comfortably and is incredibly small and light. I can peel it off whenever I like. Why implant it?

You'd get all sorts of issues, anyway. Biofilm infections being a major one of them. Wetware and hardware are often incompatible.
