    Does anyone have the chart showing the AVERAGE (not peak) bitrates for the various JVC recorder quality settings, particularly SP setting. I remember someone posting this here several months ago, but can't seem to find it now.

    OR what's a good program for determining average bitrate?

    4.3G X 8 (bits/byte) / <max recording time in seconds>

    If you only want the video bitrate, subtract the value above by the bitrate of the audio.
