  1. I'm working on a project in which at one point you get a screen with five thumbnails, a video clip running in each of them.

What I'd like to accomplish is zoom into one of the thumbnails and have the video continued from there. I've basically figured out how to zoom in and out with Animate(), but I'm at loss over how to retain the image quality, since the thumbnails are first resized into a smaller size, and enlarging the already small image looks bad.

Any clues? Is this a dead end?

You can't keep the quality unless you zoom in first on a very large screen size, then zoom out again. Or, cross fade as you reach the end of the zoom from the blocky version to a clean version. Might get a nice mosaic effect.
