Popup history window on VideoHelp.com

Hello, I've had the videohelp.com site bookmarked for so long I can't remember . I work for a small community newspaper along the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia Canada and am very interested on how vdieohelp.com has been able to have a popup come up when you hover your mouse over the history (H) video tools update column. I don't program any code but I know how to place code following directions from javascript websites. I have a Community Page that is getting too busy and I was wanting to design a calendar styled page for our community events using a similar setup. Does anyone know how that can be done or can someone direct me to where I could find code like that?
