    is there any software which can play video as video desktop ..it mean it cud play video as windows wallpaper..intervideo win dvr can play video in desktop but it do not let me generate playlist plz mention any other toool which can not only play video as video desktop but can also generate playlist......

    windvd and vlc mediaplayer both support desktop video playing

    i know if u have an ATI video card, it will come with bundled software that is capable of doing this
