first you need to check the rollers to see if any small particles(paper, ink,ECT.)are trapped...they may be undetectable on the cd/dvd side, So gently push the cd/dvd tray in until it slides under the rollers...make sure that all the rollers on that side move as you slide the tray...check the other side as well. You won't be able to move the rollers on the other side but you might see something blocking the rollers. Put a sheet of paper in the paper tray and press the paper button....it should load the paper under the rollers....press it again and it should eject the paper. Check the paper holder(tray) to make sure there isn't any foreign objects in there. If all fails call Epson.LOL!
Is what we learn indeed a fact, or someones opinon? -
I actually have to clean my rollers with a moist q-tip (cotton swab) . They tend to collect small paper fibers which make it difficult for the rollers to grab the paper.
