I have a DVD I want to edit, but it has an annoying feature.
This DVD has a layer break between a chapter (12th), so chapter 12 is split in cells 12 and 13.
It would be long to explain why I want to do this, but can someone explain how can I merge these two cells into one?

Here's what I would do (I haven't done it though so take it with a grain of salt). I'd use vobblanker (or decrypter) to extract the 2 cells in question, then demux (vobedit) and remux (muxman) them into a single cell. Then use vobblanker to remove one of the original 2 cells, and replace the other one with the one you created...
You could also use PgcDemux for your first step, it can demux a single cell (or two for that matter!).

Thanks. Yes, it works, I did almost the same before (with Smartripper, Vobedit, and Ifoedit), but I hoped there was an easier way, like using a particular program or something in PGCedit.

Not that know of, but DVDRemake pro might be able to do that, although you'd have to check (and pay!)
