I recently received a PAL DVD-9 from Germany with four language tracks and seven subtitle languages. I want to get rid of everything except for the main movie and the English language track and put it on a DVD-R. I don't want the menus, subtitles, other language tracks, etc. not even the "WARNING!" kind of screens either, if they're seperate from the main movie.
I've read articles about removing unnecessary stuff and PAL to NTSC conversion, but I don't know with what methods and in what order to do them to make sure that it goes right.
Is there a way I could just rip the main movie file w/the English language track? If not, that's okay, but I was just wondering if I really had to upload everything just to delete most of it anyway.
I'd also like to know how to compress it with the best quality possible.
