What am i doing wrong with TSCV?

I have recently installed TSCV Version 0.82 Beta release three. Everything works great until I try to write the bin/cue and burn. After creating still menus and chapters I click the "Create Cue/Bin" button and it takes me to the log tab. Then says the following:

And stops. I have read a tutorial that shows step by step how to make the menus so I am pretty sure they are done correctly. Is it the beta version? If so, where can I get a non-beta version of the program? Thanks a lot!

Were a bin/cue file generated? If so did you try to burn them?
