toolame won't work with tmpgnec?

I cannot get toolame to work with tmpgnec? I followed the instructions on vcdhelp.com and when I start the encode process it says I cannot use toolame.exe as an external audio encoder. When I encode using just tmpgnec, my mpegs sound like the people are talking in a soup can. Please help. Thanks

Are you sure that the path you gave to tooLame is valid? Does this happen for all source files that you try?

I've been useing tooLame w/o any problems so it 'should work.'

The problem here is your sample rate conversing, download SSRC and set it up the same as you did tooLame. That will fix it
