    Im tryin to convert some avis to mpeg2 dvd im using Xilisoft AVI MPEG Converter. But when the film is done encodeing the picture looks stretched. I've tryed 352x240 352x480 704x480 and 720x480 and none of them turn out like the orginal picture. Anyone know what i can do?? Thanks in advance.

    A DVD is always displayed in 4:3 or 16:9 regardless of mpeg resolution.
    I think FitCD has some nice resize calculator.
