reset Apex ad-1110 to factory or manual?

Any one have the Apex AD-110 manual or instruction of resetting the dvd player to factory? I have a Pal dvd and try to play it, I change the video mode to Pal and now I can't seem to change it back to NTSC since the player keep flashing bk/white. If you can tell me where I can find the manual to change it back to NTSC that would be great too. I got to
Setup --> video, after that I can't remember what choice that I get, Thanks.

A friend of mine has one. I'll try to get his manual tomorrow. He doesn't need it since the player died a couple monthes after purchase.

if any one have this Apex AD-1110 model, could you please give me the step of changing the video format. So far I know that you
1. press setup
2. arrow to video (how do I get the option)
3. ?? once in option, how many time do I have to press to get video format to change?

Please let me know the # of press and button to press for selection since my screen is flashing blk/white and I can't tell whether it is selected or not. Thanks.

thanks, still looking for the keystroke setup method to set the video format back to ntsc since my p/n button does not seems to do anything.
so far I can get
1. setup
2. left arrow to video
after that I can't read any more since the screen goes black/white
