    Comparing MSN Messenger and Yahoo Messenger, which has the least amount of spyware/crap with the installation?

    Which has better features. Just want opinions.

    I use Yahoo Messenger. Yahoo Messenger allows you to remain invisible and still send messages. In MSN Messenger, you have to become visible before you can send messages.

    As far as I know, Yahoo Messenger has no spyware but it does install a lot of useless stuff (Yahoo Sport, Music, Finance, etc.) and it also prefers to install the Yahoo toolbar. I installed Yahoo tollbar with Anti-Spy checker.
