    hi,

    while converting my avi to vcd using dvd2svcd(and tmpgenc as encoder) the rsulted files are " .mpa avd .wav " files(the files are located in the directory "c:\program files\dvd2svcd\movie") and not one .mpeg file splitted in the size of 650 megas as i requested the program(actually 2 mpeg files)...

    any suggestions please?

    Is it .mpa or .mpg ?
    .mpa is audio, so you didn't get a video file of any sort. Without actually watching everything you did, it's impossible to suggest a reason for this, or suggest a solution other than to try again.
