I recorded my VHS (70 minutes) thru my 2004 Media Center Edition into DVR-MS files ( a total of 3.2 GB in sizes).
1. How to turn/burn the DVR-MS files into VCD (700MB/80minutes)? I tried my DVD which could import DVR-MS and convert to MPG files which sizes are even larger than DVR-MS.
2. I tried various freewares from the Green Button - DVR2WMV, DVRRipper etc, dCut, but am having problems running them and need help.
DVR2WMV not running due to some intermediate filters not existing.
dCut - could get it started to read the recorded files, but
1) for those recorded from live tv, could only see subtitles.
2) For those recorded from VHS, see nothing.
Help is appreicated in burning those files into VCD.
