HELP with virus/dialler

Hi people!

im having a really big problem with my pc, for the last 2 days when i start up my pc it displays a message"o.dynamicip.us as requested some information. connect to the net?"

my free avg is gone from the taskbar aswell as norton and every so often a new connection is established called simply NV . i only use opera for the web but now i get "pop up internet explorer" pages(norton is erresponsive cant set it up to autoprotect)

i ran adware and spybot but the problem persists and my connection slowed down considerably.

my main concern is that my father uses the pc and because he doesnt understand about diallers and spyware im concerned that the dialler in the middle of a session dials out to a premium rate(im on dial up)

any advice people?

ps: i installed a trial version of panda titanium from a cd that came with a pc magazine for the moment.

Boot into safe mode.
Run Adaware, spybot and any Av software you have on CD from there.

thanks bugster for your advice yesterday, did manage to fix it.
panda titanium seems a lot better than norton.
i installed it yesterday ran a virus definition update and today its already updated with 2 more virus definitions.

daily update very good Panda.

Ps: i dont work for panda
