    Freinds,
    I am trying to install the InterVideo WINDVD RECORDER 5 PLATINUM on my pc which is equipped with Windows XP Pro (SP2). But what the problem i am facing is when i try to install it, it says that WinDVD is already running and close it. But There is nothing running like that.
    Even i restarted my pc and try to install it again, but It says the same too.
    Please help me in it.

    Look in your Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) if WinDVD.exe is listed under the Processes tab, and End Process if it is.

    I also checked this ctrl+alt+del and there is nothing like that in processing.

    If you have WinDVD installed, uninstall it. WinDVD recorder has DVD playback.
