Hello guys and thanks for taking the time to read my question. I just bought a new computer to put in my office but I mainly use it for my business so I am only using microsoft excel, and my video editing software (no internet). My wife and kids are using the one with the internet for fun and games. I have dvd shrink along with dvd decrypter on the old computer and want to use it on my new computer. I am not hooking up this PC to the internet until I can afford a router, so is there any way I can move my dvd shrink and dvd dycrypeter to my new pc in my office even though I have no way to download them off the web? Thanks guys again for any suggestions.

Burn the files to a (re)writeable CD(s) or DVD(s) (depending on the file sizes) and then copy from those to your new PC.
There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

DVDDecrypter is 878KB, and DVDShrink is 1.04MB, so even 2 x 3.5" floppies should do the trick
    If in doubt, Google it.
