  1. Alright, now I have used the TMPGEnc to encode my file, but I now have no audio. So, I have read alot of the posts and searched this site and came up with a couple of things, but I don't know if what I did was right. I used Virtualdub and open my file there and saved my audio as a wav. using the full processing mode, but under video it was also full processing mode. Ok, so now,.....I guess I am stuck having to completely encode the entire file again, but my question is now that I have saved it as a wav. ,where did it save it to? And will this work this time when I encode, so that I will have both audio and video? Oh and one other thing, once it is done encoding, how do I split the file to put it on 2 cds? Wait, theres one more thing, before I go and re-encode this file, the audio and video were out of sync. What do I have to do to fix that before encoding again?

  3. Ok, fist. Open your original AVI file in vdub, then select full processing mode. Then in the file menu select Save Wav, it doesn't matter where you save it as long as you remember where it goes and it has a wav extension.

Next open up TMPGEns, click the video button, select your original AVI. Click the audio button, select your Wav.

Make sure Audio+Video system is selected as you encode type. Click start.
