    MPEG files or VOB files.
    The stills must be high resolution.
    Is there something around?

    Full frame video is only 720x480 (ntsc). That's as big as it gets, you can incease the size but what you get is a larger soft blurry image.

    Player software such as PowerDVD do this, so does most editing apps.
