    If I want to encode it at 352x480 so it will be compatible with DVD in the future, how do I make this change in DVD2SVCD?

    Under the frameserver tab check "Edit the Avisynth Script File."

    Before it starts encoding it will let you edit the script. Depending on your settings you might have something different but look for a line like

    BicubicResize(480,400,0,0.75)

    Change it to BicubicResize(352,400,0,0.75)
