  1. Hey guys ..

I need some help , i recorded 9mins of high def footage yesterday and got a m2t. file .. and converted the file to mpg using mpeg streamclip
then i used ffmpegx to convert my mpg to dvd

    mpeg-2
    1280x720
    25000 kbps
    59.940 fps
    ac3
    48000hz
    448 kbps

    To DVD

    mpeg2enc mpeg2
    720x480
    4000kbps
    23.976 fps
    no crop
    ac3
    48000 hz
    448 kbps

and made it into a VIDEO_TS folder

    burned it using popcorn

well i played it in my standalone dvd player and it plays, the only thing is it kinda skips , like a scratch dvd

am i doing something wrong when i convert the file ?

sorry im new at doing this and i have read some of the m2t & mpeg topic here ..

    Thanks

  2. Did you use 3:2 pulldown?

Not all players like the NTSC film framerate although some do automatic pulldown.
