CCE and a Green Line

here is a porblem when i convert to a SVCD with CCE 2.62 i get a grenn line on the bottom when i play the Mpeg 2 file can any of you tell me how can fix this problem

I also have this problem.When converting an .avi file to SxVcd a green bar appears at the bottom of the movie,takes up around 15% of the screen.Although I rarely encode to sxvcd,I'd also like to know why this happens.
BTW,I use tmpgenc,not CCE.

Try to install the Mpeg2 Codec on the toolz section...seee if that helps
