i have a mkv file which about 25 mins, I used mkvextractgui to extrac the avi and acc file so i can convert it to avi, but the avi file is only 19 mins and the aac files is 25, now everything is out of sync i can't put the avi and the acc together. can anyone help

Sounds like the mkv contains VFR (Variable FrameRate) video. When you assume that the video is CFR like that then it is not supposed to sync.
Been a few posts lately on VFR MKV's, so you might want to try searching. -
you could try mkv2vfr from http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/.
It is a command line tool, open a command prompt and type
"c:\location to\mk2vfr.exe" "c:\video.mkv" "c:\video.avi" "c:\video.vfr"
