Seems once someone helped me fix my first problem, that I run into a second one. All the capture rules apply in this request for help as my initial question on audio in DVD-Lab Pro.
When I captured my VHS tape via the Plextor Convertx device it automatically split the file into two files; both approximately 4 GB each. I was finally able to author the first file and have run into a problem with the second file...I receive the following error:
ERROR: Not a 11172-2 or 13818-2 Video Stream
If this is a capture from TV it may have missing/wrong header
Please go to Tools and try Fix Stream Headers on the file
The extension on this second file is named: .-vol-02.mpg
When I tried to fix both the mpg version and the mpv version the program says it did nothing...
What am I doing wrong here? The Convertx GoCap is the program that split the two files...am I supposed to take the header off of the first mpg file???
Confused...thanks for the assit...![]()

Make a backup copy first, but patch the 2nd file using DVDPatcher
It might allow you to author, but no guarantees it will play properly.
