Using Gspot, I can view all my codecs installed, but I wanna know how to remove 'em all. Some don't have an uninstall option. My video playback is quite crap now. THere are lines and wierd saturation for my video files. I'm trying to figure out what's wrong.

Get something like Codec Sniper or DXMan - both available in the tools section under Codec/Video identifiers - https://www.videohelp.com/tools?s=38#38 .
If in doubt, Google it.
