SVCD sample

Hi all,

I have just one big question?

The SVCD sample that is on this site seems to be better that all the tests I have done. I know it is 480 x 480 at 2500 bits but can someone tell me what software and filters was used to make it?

My tests come out good but the fast motion thing is killing me.

I see that nobody has answered your post. My guess is that the origonater
of the clips is no longer available or lost his/her specs to those caps you
D/L'ed. So, I'll just share my caps with ya, since VCDhelp doesn't have a
link to my site.

In your SVCD comotion, I thought you would like to D/L a sample (new) that
I added to my website for your viewing. You can compare it to the ones
you said you D/L'ed and see if this kind of quality compares better or worse!

These caps that I make gives the best all around Quality... trust me!
...AND speed while encoding from avi with these resolutions.
I believe that those clips you D/L were done it real-time mpeg captures. So,
you'll no doubt find some differences in quality. Have a looks'eez and, enjoy
the video!
