    What is the best program and EASYIEST to make xvid. currently im using dr divx to make divx files. i like it as it is very easy to use. some say this is not the best one though. So what is the best/easy xvid program for freeware and for shareware.

    I like AutoGK for this - very simple to set up and excellent results.
