avysinth and subtitle

When i try to encode with avisinth in TMPGenc or CCE or when i look the avi file trough the avisynth script in the virtualdubmod the subtitles disapear.
But when i tri to encode without the avisynth script the subtitles appear. What is the problem? How can i combine avisinth and subtitles in order to encode a avi file to make a DVD?

first of all...thanks for the help

The subtitle is in sub (but is not codified and when i open i can see the subtitles...also...i can´t open the file in vosub, is that a problem?)

And the avisynth script is mainly to create borders,is like this:

AVISource("Video.avi",False)
LanczosResize(648,432,0,0.5)
AddBorders(36,24,36,24)
ConvertToRGB24()
