Ok, so I have the new NIN album With Teeth in that dualdisc format. I tried to play it in my comp but it seems that its not decoding correctly. Windows media player played the dvda side but it played all of the sound from each speaker (i have a 5.1 setup). Is there a better program I can use to play the album with on my comp?

I thought you needed a compatable sound card to play DVD-Audio too (like the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 or above)?
Your base? Well, they belong to me now... -
