    I'm thinking of uploading the sample of direct VCD captures from various MPEG1 encoder card to my server so people can d/l the samples.

    the problem is most of my samples are over 3 minutes long. just wonder what's the best tool to crop it to say 20 seconds length.

    stupid question but cropping no way will affect the original capture quality right?
