If I could make a few feature requests for you to consider:
1) Ability to capture the mencoder settings to paste into a batch file.
2) Mpeg2 encoding (this a feature I have not found with any of the existing Mencoder GUIs) -
Hi all.
@ Baldrick
McGoo, a GUI for MENcoder - 2004 ...
I developed a GUI (personal version) some time ago when it made its first
wave across the internet. It was a fun and interesting endeavor.
The version was really 2 or 3 (I forget) but I got the title all futz up.
And, I was trying to aim the IDE look and feel, that of good old TMPGenc.
Anyways, I re-ran McGoo for a never-before seen, screen-print, below.
.. MENcoder, I hadn't kept up with the latest builds. I lost track, and
.. berried myself in other projects. My last place in the development of this
.. GUI, was with the coding of "live" or WYSIWYG cmd-line output into McGoo's
.. window. Now.., fwiw.., I am working on an MPEG encoder - slowly :P
Since I never released any "official" version, the name may have been taken
already..So, feel free to steal any IDE ideas or what-have you
Good luck, and have fun in your latest developing
