    I have used Pinnacle Studio 9 for a time now, but have trouble with it after updating it to version 9.4, and i have used their support (Pinnacle), but with no succes at all.

    I'm thinking of buying Adobe Encore, does anybody know if this is a better program than Studio 9 ????

    Adobe Encore is based on the Mainconcept MPeg encoder and is a much more comprehensive mid range encoder.

    But it's not cheap. A lower cost alternative Mainconcept based encoder is ULead Movie Factory or up to Workshop.
