Encoding to Half-D1 and CVD with Procoder?

Hello folks,

Is it possible to encode files to CVD format and to Half-D1 DVD files with Procoder? I can´t figure out how to do this. Any tutorial or hint?

Full version, yes.

Express version, no. (not with DVD-required sequence headers, at least!)
