  1. I'm working on a website that has some flash in it. More specifically, there's the swf file that refers to several text files for it's text. When I demo the site in Mozilla, it has their logo on the top and bottom of the browser page....the one waaaayyy up in the top-left corner and waaaayyyy down in the bottom left of the browser as well as the browser tab at the bottom has their name and not mine....is there a way to change the settings to show my site name instead of theirs?

What happens when you remove the swf file from the html? If they are still far apart it is in the html. If they are close, then it is the size of the swf file.

Those sound like some fundamental questions that you need to educate yourself about (such as Title, javascript, etc.)

    Try www.w3schools.com
    They have some excellent tutorials.
