Ok hi all, don`t know if this is the rigth place to post my problem.
first off i got two hardrives, one of them using XP home and the other using XPpro.
well when i`m installing this program on XPpro an error came out telling me this:1608:unable to create installdriver instance, return code:-2147024894.
this program install well on XP home but that OS its being use for games only, and the XP pro for capture and editing stuff. can anybody tell me what to do?
i could install the program on XPhome and drag the instalation folder to my XPpro D:/Program Files/Pegasys Inc/TMPGEnc Plus 2.5
What i think is that D: driver its making the problem cuz the installer looks for C: driver .
how can i resolve this? its seems to be working just having the program folder swiched it asked for my key and everything seems working, but i `m afraid that this will make problems.just a though thanx in advanced for any help

Where are you installing it from? If it's a disc, copy the installer and files to the boot hard drive and install from there. It should make little difference what the drive letter is with most installers, but it can help to install from a file on the boot drive.

    Thanx for the quick answer.
i tryed your subjection and din`t worked either.
something that seems weird is that the ac3 package works well and installed just fine.
well don`t know if you have more ideas of what could be making the problem, and how to fix it up?
thanx my friend for your support.

oops I have forgot its an installer not CD disc.
