Adobe Encore

I have a video that I'm trying to put to DVD. I captured with Windv then used Pinnacle to put in transitions and convert it mpeg2. I have Adobe Encore and I can't seem to figure it out. Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. I've been searching for the past hour but to no avail. I even download a tutor off doom9 but no go.

I hope u DID try the encore tutorial first!

In Encore help - click tutorial then click "Creating a simple DVD from start to finish"

it cant get any clearer than that.

If ur file is a valid file, u should be able to import it in the "new project window" that opens when u choose " new project".

Just right click anywhere in that window, and choose import.

If u did follow that Tutorial, and the file wont get imported, u can try to import it as .avi, to see if its an MPEG2 thing..which I highly doubt
