Hello...
I am trying to figure out this annoying problem I am having with Quicktime pro 6. Basically I have a .mov file with a 3ivx 4.5 video track and I am trying to add an audio track right on it from an aiff file, and what happen was it was pasted onto it but wherever the audio is, the video is white!! no video! So I then tried converting the aiff to mp3, still the same problem.
How can I add this audio track successfully to my file? Thanks.

Select the video file in Quicktime 6 Pro.
Open the AIFF file you want to use.
Click back on the video File,
perform a select all ( cmd-A).
then perform a copy(cmd-c).
now, select the Aiff file.
perform a select all (cmd-a).
then under the Edit menu, choose
Edit-->Add Scaled.
The video will now be properly added to the Audio,
and unless there is something that you're not telling us
about bitrate or codec, it should now play fine,
once you do a Save As--> Self Contained QT .mov ( movie)
file...."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."
