vso divx to dvd help

i used vso divx to dvd to burn some vidoe clips i made on my comp to dvd format then used dvd shrink 3.2 to burn it to a dvd when i tried to play this it scrolled up the whole time and it was unwatchable is thier any thing i can to fix this.

What was your source ? (res, framerate)
What was your target ? (Settings in DivxtoDVD)
Is your equipment multi-format ?

It sounds like you have produced PAL disks and are trying to play them on an NTSC setup.

i am not sure of the source information i cant find it in the properties and the divx to dvd settings i am not sure of either as when i open the program i dont have any options except source destination and then convert or i can check to have it burn for me i did not. my dvd player is not multi format but my dvd burner is a multi layer not sure if that helps.

ok i am retrying the conversion and it says the frame rate is 23976/1000 and it doesnt matcxh the output frame rate of 29.97fps rate compensation will be used. and it choose ntsc as an out put(mpeg2video 720x480, 29.97 fps q=2-31, 7013kb/s) as output stream that is what i got from it this tiem hope it helps
