    I have a movie in a 2.35:1 aspect that should be anamorphic for 16x9 TVs but it was encoded as FULL SCREEN so it stretches on a 4x3 TV and looks vertically skinny on a 16x9. What it should have been encoded as was FULL SCREEN (KEEP ASPECT RATIO). How can I change it without having to re-encode?

    Restream seems to be the tool you need. Just set aspect ratio to 16:9.
