Well, as the title says, I'm trying to convert a video from PAL to NTSC. I'm using the tutorial you can find here. After encoding with TMPGEnc, the .m2v file is just black. I've used several players to try and get something, but all have the same results. The interesting thing is that one of my players tells me that the TV system is unspecified, which I believe is my problem. Does anyone see any flaw in the tutorial or have any suggestions for me to try and get this right?

Yes, it is. I noticed that when I started encoding, but went through with it anyway just to double check.
