  1. Have 2 mpegs that I need to combine to one. I have used tmpgenc to combine but audio keeps going out of sync, I hate using dvd-lab pro because the mpeg when combined pause for a sec at the point where both mpegs were joined.

Can someone please tell me what other software that I can use to solve my problem. Need to join mpegs w/o pause at the point where mpegs are joined. Tmpgenc does not work with these mpeg. Audio and vide keeps going out of sync

    Thanks.

You could try Cuttermaran. It's a freeware editor that works better than TMPGEnc for that purpose. But if your final destination is DVD, don't join them, your authoring software should be able to set them up to play one after the other. If there is a pause between the two files, that sounds more like a bad cut in the first place.

Why do you need to join them? To create a DVD that plays them in sequence without ant pause?
TMPGEnc DVD Author can author this - just add both mpgs to the same title, remove chapter mark TDA inserts at the join, and you're done.
(Of course, both mpegs has to be identically encoded)
