Grabbing frames (stills) from an AVI movie?

I had a piece of software that would allow me to grab stills from a movie.. well, I have since lost it.

Does anyone know where I can get a program that will allow me to grab stills from a video? (AVI file).

Select the one frame you want to capture as start and end frame. Back to the main window, select file> output to file> Sequence bmp, jpg, etc.
