  1. Ok here what I did.
I use virtualDub, the setting are:

    Audio: Full procress Mode
    Conversion-44000 Hz High Quality
    Compression: None
    Video: Direct stream copy

then I use TMPGEnc Plus to convert to MPG

    MPEG-2 video
    480x480
    4:3 Display
    29.97 fps
    CBR
    2000 kbits/sec
    NTSC
    Noneinterlace
    Advance:
    4:3 525 line (NTSC, 704x480)
    Full screen

When I done converting. I use DVDPatcherv1.6 to conver the header of svcd. After I have finished I use DVDAuthor to add the .mpg file but I have an error it said "The video sequence header is incorrect A"

Then I use MPEG2Cut2 to Save as .mpg again because I have done this before with the other movies and it correct the Sequence header for me. Unfortunately, this time it doesnt work for me. Anybody know what my problem is.

why not convert to dvd? use 352x480 if you want to use a low resolution.

  3. Sounds like the program's detecting a mismatch twixt your audio sample rate and the type of video. Baldrick's suggestion is the way to go. Probably your audio's at 48 khz and for some reason it's not being sample-rate-converted. If so, 352 x 480 will solve your problems.
