  1. I have 3 dvd's that i would like to back up on to 1 dvd. Now i've exracted all the files from all the dvd's to my hard drive using dvd shrink then used dvd shrink again to edit them and bring down the total size of all 3 dvd's so that it can fit on to a 4.7 gig dvd. eveything seems to be working fine like it should be i get my audio_ts and video_ts folders with all the files in. Now i tried to add these files in to TMPGEnc dvd author and creat a new project but at the end i get the following error.

The combined bitrate of the clip exceeds the upper limit for a standard DVD.

The combined bitrate of the video and audio of clip "xxxx" of track "xxxx" is exceeding the upper limit for a standard DVD.
The current bitrate is 9800 kbps for video, 384 kbps for audio, and 10184 kbps combined.
It is necessary with a combined bitrate of less than 9.848Mbps (9848kbps).

Any help would be great guys.

    Thanks Again

Shouldn't have DVD Shrink have reduced the size of your videos? I think that you mean that the BR in your header is 9.8Mbps (unless you've done something terribly wrong).

Run your videos through BitRate Viewer and record the MAX BR, then use RESTREAM to change the header to that value.
