I am making dvd's for which there is no material avilable on the next to make nice Menus.
Suggestions please for software that would enable me to use a still from the Mpeg/AVI whatever as a nice menu image.

PAL/NTSC problem solver.
USED TO BE A UK Equipment owner., NOW FINISHED WITH VHS CONVERSIONS-THANKS -
I like using Paintshop or Photoshop. with a nice blur.
